Alumni Meet - 2022
To celebrate the silver jubilee of the Faculty of Business Administration, Alumni Meet was arranged. It was a great way to meet up with old friends, relive old memories, enjoy a night of fun experiences and get nostalgic with people you have known for many, many years. Alumni Meet was a fabulous experience for both the institute and its alumni. The meeting included a musical night, a dance performance by the current students, a meet and greet, exciting games and an award ceremony followed by the dinner.
Alumni Meet 2015-16
Alumni meet was organised on 23rd January 2016 by GLS (J P shah) institute of business administration. Around 130 students were present. Some of the students took the initiative and held a discussion where it was decided to create a formal alumni committee and representatives from various batches were appointed. They talked about the support which college has extended to them in all their endeavours and realized the need of extending the same kind of support to the college in whatever sphere such as placement activities, organizing industrial visits, guest lectures, conducting workshops and so on.
A very constructive discussion was held about increasing the interaction among the alumni, extending the reach, and need for coordination was emphasised.
The students had lot of fun and felt nostalgic about their presence in the college campus, and meeting their friends and professors. The meet was followed by DJ party and dinner.
Alumni Meet 2014-15
GLS IBA had organised an alumni meet along with a farewell to its TYBBA students on 26 April. It was an evening filled with nostalgia, recollection of memories, meeting long lost friends, music, dance and food. The evening was accompanied with a lovely band Reva along with a DJ.The evening was a memorable one where people forgot the hustle bustle of their lives and returned to the days they once lived and cherish those precious moments.It was a very organised party with lots and lots of fun and floric.
