Teacher’s Day- 2023
September 5th, 2023, Teacher's Day was celebrated by students and faculty members of Faculty of Business Administration (FoBA)- GLS University. The celebration was marked by fun-filled activities organized by students, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.
Event Highlights:
1. Student-Planned Activities: The heart of this year's Teacher's Day celebration was the thoughtful and creative activities meticulously planned by the students. These activities were designed to express gratitude and admiration for the dedicated faculty members. Each activity was carefully executed to make the day truly special.
2. Personalized Video Clips: One of the standout features of this year's celebration was the presentation of personalized video clips. Students created heartwarming video compilations featuring messages and memories shared by alumni. These clips showcased the profound impact that teachers have had on their lives and careers.
3. Decorations: The FoBA premises were adorned with vibrant decorations that added a festive and celebratory atmosphere to the campus, with the assistance of the university's Avid Arts club. The decorations included colorful banners, balloons, and thematic displays, all contributing to the joyous ambiance. The effort and creativity put into the decorations were appreciated by all, creating an aesthetically pleasing backdrop for the day's events.
4. Token of Appreciation: The celebration also included the presentation of tokens of appreciation to the faculty members. Students prepared heartfelt notes, cards, and small gifts to express their gratitude for the guidance and support provided by their teachers. This gesture was met with immense warmth and appreciation by the faculty, who felt valued and cherished.
The Teacher's Day celebration at FoBA-GLS University on September 5, 2023, was a resounding success, thanks to the collaborative efforts of both students and faculty members.
Teacher’s Day Celebration
We are celebrating Teacher’s Day every year across the country on 5th September as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to society. And also, 5th September is the birth anniversary of a great teacher Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer in education and was a well-known diplomat, scholar, the President of India and above all, a teacher. On this day students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers. There were 60 participants in this celebration, 25 students were taking part in teaching and the rest of the students were taking part in a fun activity. Many students have participated in teaching sessions, in which they have to teach the students of FY, SY and TY. Along with that, there were many different kinds of fun activities which have been planned for the faculties.
Teacher's Day 2021
We are celebrating Teacher’s Day every year across the country on 5th September as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by teachers to society. Considering the corona pandemic, this year on the occasion of the teacher’s day, a celebration has been conducted through an online platform and the whole function was planned by Assistant Professor Pinal Barot with the support of student coordinators.
There were 23 participants in this celebration, 9 students were taking part in teaching and the rest of the students were taking part in fun activities. Many students have participated in teaching sessions, in which they have to teach the students of FY, SY and TY through an online platform. Along with that, there were many different kinds of activities which has been planned for the faculties. Apart from these activities students have tried to convey their messages by their own videos showing them gratitude towards their teachers. During the celebration, there was much positive feedback got from the students and faculty as well. All have been enjoyed a lot on that day though the whole program.

Apart from these activities students had tried to convey their messages by their own videos showing the gratitude towards their teachers. During the celebration there were many positive feedbacks got from the students and faculties as well. Everyone enjoyed a lot on that day though the whole program.
