SETU (Parents Teacher Meet) 2016-17
GLS (J P Shah) Institute of Business Administration organized Parents’ Meeting of students who happen to be the first batch of GLS University and are studying in the second year to discuss their career prospects. The meeting was organized at 11 am on 25th March 2017 in GLS Auditorium. The meeting was convened by Director Dr. Shefali Dani who welcomed the parents by presenting the report card of the institute to demonstrate its efforts in the comprehensive development of the students. The meeting was also addressed by Dr. Rajesh Asrani & Alka Bishte of Georgian College, Canada to discuss the prospects of students in Canada. Dr. Rajesh Asrani outlined the efforts that GLS University would put in if the students decide to pursue their career in Canada.
SETU 2015-16
On 12 December 2015, GLS had an interactive session with the parents of Sem II students. GLS constantly strives to ensure that its students progress is monitored and that the parents remain involved in their activities at the college.
SETU 2014-15
On the 28th of June 2014, GLS (J.P.Shah) IBA organized its annual Parent Teacher Meet were they acquainted the parents with the mission and vision of the college , last year’s activities, and also activities in the pipeline, besides seeking feedback from the parents.
Let’s face it, the world today is extremely competitive, and for moulding capable students it is very important that parents and teachers work together to try and provide the best environment for learning, and because of this the child stands to benefit the most.
